Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
Qualified candidates for the Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele position should possess the following:
- Current RN Licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
